"THREESOMES" FROM VIVID-ED IN STORES THIS WEEK -- "Tristan Taormino's Expert Guide to Threesomes" - the latest from the AVN-Award Winning director - arrives in stores and online Dec. 17. As AVN reporter David Sullivan puts it: "Tristan Taormino tackles the ménage à trois in her latest Vivid-Ed instructional video (and) addresses topics such as how to negotiate for what you want, how to choose a 'playmate,' setting boundaries, and how to build trust with your partner." TALKING ABOUT MEGGAN MALLONE'S 'STRICTLY CONVERSATION' -- The newest Paul Thomas directed feature from Vivid has been released - "Strictly Conversation" starring Meggan Mallone. The cover sums it up nicely: "When Meggan Mallone has finally had it up to here with her beer-drinking, brain-dead insignificant other, she decides to learn the romantic language of Spain, and puts an ad in the personals to "lunch" with Spanish men who know the tongue. When one of them fails to show, she meets Ramon, the cafe owner, and he fills in. And boy, is she ever filled in." AVN reporter David Sullivan interviewed PT just prior to the release and learned that "We've discovered a great new way to learn a language by having sex. Okay, not really, but we guarantee that if you watch Meggan having sex in 'Strictly Conversation,' you'll definitely want to put your studies aside." Meggan was in New York City recently for an appearance on the "Howard Stern Show" and is up for AVN Best New Starlet. "Strictly Conversation" co-stars Lorena Sanchez, Holly West, Carmen McCarthy, Voodoo, and Chris Johnson.

XCRITIC LOVES NEW VIVID-ALT COVER - Xcritic.com reporter Christopher Thorne is a big fan of Vivid-Alt star Kimberly Kane. He particularly likes the cover of her newest release, "Live in My Secrets." Says Thorne: "Any time we see the cover for a new Kimberly Kane movie we get excited. Kane is one of the most dynamic and exciting directors in porn (it's no surprise that she made our Top 10 Women Directors in Porn List). Her latest - 'Live in My Secrets' has the kind of cover that is hauntingly beautiful, and was instantly a 'Cover We Crave'...and then we saw the trailer, and our jaw dropped. 'Live in My Secrets' features a stellar cast (who wouldn't want to be directed by Kane!?!) including: Faith Leon, Sasha Grey, Bobbi Starr, Aiden Starr, Claire Adams, April Flores and Mandy Morbid. "ON MY DIRTY KNEES' TRAILER GETS RAVES -- The trailer for the new Eon McKai Vivid-Alt movie "On My Dirty Knees" is getting positive Internet press. It got a strong sendoff from Fleshbot.com writer DCypher, who says: "It's not every day that celebrated alt inventor Eon McKai releases a new vehicle for his pornographic expression-and it's not everyone who gets a sneak peek at his upcoming releases, either. That's why we consider ourselves true insiders for being the first in the industry (or the world, for that matter) to be offered the privilege of screening the new trailer for his latest alt-porn epic, 'On My Dirty Knees.' Amazing, we know, but it's all in a day's work for a Fleshbot.com contributor. Happy Tuesday 'bating, and season's beatings from McKai & Co!" The trailer for the movie starring Andy San Dimas and Violet Skye also got a thumbs-up from Violet Blue, who says on tinynibbles.com: "The big, hi-res version of my friend Eon's trailer for his upcoming Vivid-Alt feature "On My Dirty Knees" is here (includes m4v and an iPhone version). I've been waiting for this one on tippy toes." She included a few "handpicked, ***hot*** on-set sneak peek photos" in her preview of the trailer, which began drawing posts from readers of her blog, such as this one from "Doctor Popular" -- "I love this arty bullshit. I'm hella excited, but now more than ever, I wanna have a music video directed by Eon."
