VIVID GIRLS WILL BE AT AEE IN VEGAS -- A full complement of Vivid Girls will be on hand at the Vivid booth (booth number 5001 at the Sands Expo Center) at the Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas starting January 5th. The girls will be doing media interviews and signing autographs and photos for fans. The climax of the week will be January 7th, when doors open at 8 pm for the AVN Awards Show. Vivid Entertainment Group, its contract actresses and other talent have received 102 nominations for AVN Awards– the largest number ever received by a single studio. The New Devil in Miss Jones received 19 nominations, making it the most nominated feature film of all time. The nominations for The New Devil include a Best Actress nomination for Vivid Girl Savanna Samson, who plays Justine Jones, Best Director for Paul Thomas, and Best Non Sex Role for Georgina Spelvin, who played Miss Jones in the original 1973 film. Other major nominations include Best Video for Drive and Lexie & Monique Love Rocco and Best Film for The Devil, Emotions, Last Girl Standing, Les Bitches, Sentenced and The Villa.

SAVANNA APPEARS ON HOWARD STERN’S LAST SHOW; INTRODUCES A WINE OF HER OWN -- Vivid Girl Savanna Samson was one of the featured stars on Howard Stern’s last terrestrial broadcast last week. It was a wild and festive occasion, with concerns up to the last minute over whether Stern would actually get a permit from the City of New York for a parade through midtown streets. Savanna has long been a favorite celebrity for Stern, dating back to her days as a dancer at Scores in Manhattan. She’s been invited to appear on his new Sirius Satellite Radio show as well. Savanna also made news this week with her new wine. She has started a company called Savanna Wines that will unveil its first vintage in 2006. Wine is a passion for Samson, who has been studying it for the past seven years.

“Because of my connections in the wine world, I’ve been going to Italy and France for years studying. I am confident it will work, given my name in adult entertainment, if I have my wine in every strip club across the country,” she says.
